即身

The doctrine of the Shingon [lang id =1028]真言 sect that the body is also Buddha; in other words Buddha is not only [lang id =1028]卽心 mind, but body; hence [lang id =1028]卽身成佛; [lang id =1028]卽身菩提 the body is to become (consciously) Buddha by Yoga practices.
